We collect name and contact details (including email addresses) from enquirers and clients.

To reply to enquiries and/or provide services to our clients.

What do we do with this information?

  • We contact you in reply to your enquiry, correspond with clients and potential clients with regard to a negotiation and/or to a contract or other legitimate business interests.
  • We carry out credit checks on your ability to pay our charges.
  • To carry out market research or survey
  • We may also send you direct marketing in relation to relevant products and services. Electronic direct marketing will only be sent where you have given your consent to receive it, or (where this is allowed) you have been given an opportunity to opt-out. You will continue to be able to opt-out of electronic direct marketing at any time by following the instructions in the relevant communication.

How long do we keep your information?

Up to 3 months after you contact us, or longer if necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to a client or vice versa.

How can I access the information you hold about me?

Your rights as a data subject

  • Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
