Groundwise is a leading provider of PAS128 Type D Utility Reports. We source the most up to date and detailed utility asset data, offering clients an efficient, and comprehensive, Dial Before You Dig service. We will;

• Identify the utility asset owners within a specified site boundary
• Request asset information and mapping data from the identified utility companies
• Collate the received utility data into a single, combined, PDF format Report
• Deliver the Utility Report to PAS128 Type D standards

Groundwise will typically contact up to 40 utility companies per Report – this involves identifying the relevant utilities, collating their data, checking the accuracy of received plans, and chasing any awaiting information. We make enquiries to various independent suppliers (IDNO), as well as the more recognised utilities. Our Reports cover many types of utilities and suppliers; Electricity, Gas, Water Mains & Sewers, Telecoms/Fibre, Mobile Phone Masts, Rail, Local Authority (Street Lighting) & District Energy Networks.
