Groundwise was asked to provide a full stats pack for this project – a PAS128 Level D Survey. Our Stats Search would play a small part in the creation of a new Community Growing Garden for The Sylvester Community Trust.

Solution

A full Utility Search was carried out, covering the site boundary, plus a 50-meter buffer, to ensure all services could be identified.

Results

The Utility Report was delivered to the client – complete – after just 3 working days. Our Utility Search flagged several networks within the vicinity of the new community centre development.
