The Challenge
We were recently tasked with an urgent project – the order was placed via Groundwise.com on Friday at around 4:10pm, with the client due on-site the following Monday. The client needed a full, comprehensive Utility Search carried out, and they needed it fast, so they opted for our ‘ASAP Turnaround’ service.
We maintain in-house access to many utility datasets and, for those we don’t have readily available, direct contacts in various utility mapping departments. Rebecca, the Production Researcher assigned to the project, wasted no time in leaping into action.
From 4:10pm to the close of business on Friday, we had delivered the majority of the required data (including the Electricity, Gas, Water, Drainage & Openreach results!) and, by midday Monday, a full pack of utility stats data was ready for the client.
