What we do
Developments, feasibility studies and most on site works require some sort of utility survey to establish the location of assets such as pipes, cables. The first step in utility location is to write to the utility affected by your work and request a plan of their apparatus. A company following CDM 2007 and Health and Safety guidelines could spend several weeks writing many individual letters and send payments etc. This is time consuming frustrating. Groundwise offers a Utility Report service where we take over the management of the collation of utility maps and information on the location on utility apparatus, a fundamental part of structural, engineering and feasibility studies. Our client’s time is then free to carry out more cost effective work.
Here at Groundwise we nurture professional relationships with all major utility providers, this enables us to provide our clients with a prompt and efficient Utility Report service.
If there are other factors you would like to discuss and cannot see them on our web page please call or email us
