Refunds

Groundwise Searches Limited believes that all of its clients are happy with the service. We also have a number of steps in place to stop our clients from ordering an Infrastructure Report online by mistake. However, should an order been place in error then refunds will be applied as follows:

Submitted Order cancelled within 3 hrs of being taken then we will offer a full refund.

Submitted Order cancelled after 3 hours but before the end of 3 working days (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) we will offer 50% of the total invoice refund.

Submitted Orders cancelled after 3 working days (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) will not be entitled to a refund.

We are unable to offer the full discount because of the costs relating to cancelling the search with the various data providers some of whom may not be able to cancel their own work for which we will become liable, we will also incur internal administrative costs.

If you believe the service you have received from Groundwise is not up to the standard you would expect please contact our customer service at mail@groundwise.com. Please include as much detail as you can about your order including the order reference number. Groundwise will then contact you to discuss any issues you may have.
