Groundwise's Utility Report has been specifically created to make obtaining details of utility services around a site a simple yet accurate process. By using Groundwise you can cut out the problematic and time wasting task of obtaining this information yourself.

There are 2 ways of ordering a search Utility Report Online or a Utility Report via Post. For an Utility Report of up to 15 hectares or to 1km all you need to do logon to our Online Ordering System, or send a Groundwise Utility Report Order Form and suitable Ordnance Survey (or similar plan) of your site to us, using the contact details on the form.

By ordering online you receive a discount on the postal service and there are a number of features on the online process that we believe makes it easier and more cost effective to use this option.

We offer two different turnaround options for a Utility Report, the client also has the option to choose whether they would like to pay for PDF copies to be sent to them via email or a copy of the whole report on CD.

You can either purchase:

• A Quick Turnaround which entails all information being sent to the client after five working days, information is then sent every two days thereafter.
• A Standard Turnaround which entails all information being sent to the client after fifteen working days, information is then sent every five working days thereafter.

Upon receipt of your order we will first check that the plan, address and grid references are correct. The Production team then request information from the relevant utility companies associated with your site.

Groundwise have over thirty contacts for various utilities, including telecoms, electricity, water and sewer providers, each having individual turnaround times upon us receiving information; this information is updated on a regular basis. However we realize that specific projects can require bespoke information. We would be happy to discuss your organizations individual requirements so please contact us.

Format

Groundwise will check and collate all information received before forwarding the original copy to you using First Class Post, or via email/CD if this option is selected. unless stated otherwise.
